Data controller
HORIZON AI, the publisher of Traaker (full details in our legal notice), is the controller for personal data collected via the Platform and traaker.ai.
Data collected
- Account: first name, last name, work email, hashed password.
- Tracked brand: website URL, industry, market, country, language.
- Billing: company name, address, VAT number, payment data (handled by Stripe, never stored by us).
- Usage: technical access logs, anonymized product metrics.
Purposes
- Provide the subscribed service and bill it.
- Communicate with the Customer (support, product notifications, contractual updates).
- Improve the Platform via aggregated and anonymized analyses.
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract (Terms) for account and billing data; legitimate interest for anonymized product analytics; legal obligation for accounting retention.
Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors, all GDPR-compliant:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting (Europe,
eu-west-3). - Stripe — payment processing.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity — API calls only to measure the public visibility of the tracked brand.
Retention period
Account data is retained during the subscription. After cancellation, it is deleted within 30 days, except billing data which is kept for 10 years to meet accounting obligations.
AI training data
No Customer data is used to train AI models, whether by Traaker or by our sub-processors. Calls to AI engines to measure a brand's public visibility contain no private Customer data.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, limitation and portability over your data. To exercise these rights: privacy@traaker.ai.
Cookies
The traaker.ai site uses only strictly necessary cookies for site operation and language preferences (traaker-lang in localStorage). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
